Ever since I was a young child, my life has always revolved around being active and playing sports. Being as competitive as I am, I always wanted to be the best this evolved into me playing collegiate basketball at a high level. Danny was involved in staying fit and being strong While in the Air Force. To me being the best version of yourself is the ultimate responsibility. Now, I want to share my philosophy of fitness with the world. To be your best, self both physically and mentally.
As I said before playing sports was always my driving force. And after I graduated high school I played a couple years of collegiate basketball. Unfortunately, Once that part of my life was over, I fell into a type of depression. I felt as though I didn’t have a purpose in life so I decided to change that. I made strength training a priority. And I never looked back. Still striving to be the best version of myself to this day
My purpose for coaching is to help people realize their true potential. Especially parents like myself. I am a father of five and I know it can be difficult when you have those little ones. I believe that training full body 3 to 4 days a week will help them become the best versions of themselves. And I’m here to help them every step of the way.
